Verizon Literacy Network helps give literacy a boost
I think it is great Verizon has put this portal up. I have not checked it out yet, but it sounds like a great place not only for teachers, but for parents, students, and volunteers as well. It is supposed to offer courses specific to learning English as a second language, which is greatly needed today. Sounds like a great place to check out!
