New tech guidelines for teachers
I'm not sure what you are thinking. However, I think that at this point in the world, technology is going to change so rapidly it is going to be hard to keep up to pace with new guidelines. I don't think we have to worry about most students not knowing alot about technology prior to graduation. It seems as though usually the students can teach the teachers about technology better then the teachers can teach the students.
